Yanthe Nobel
About
Yanthe Nobel is a Dutch veterinarian and coordinator of the ZOOSURSY project at HIOH. She coordinates multidisciplinary One Health activities in the Dzanga Sangha Protected Areas in the Central African Republic, focusing on zoonotic disease surveillance at the human–wildlife interface. Her work combines field research, clinical surveillance, wildlife health, project coordination and collaboration with national and international partners.
She is also a PhD candidate, researching the relationship between bushmeat consumption and zoonotic risks in the Central African Republic.
