Till Suchsland holds a degree in business administration and a Master's degree in health care management. He has worked as a research associate at the Chair of ABWL as well as Organisation, Human Resources and Innovation Management at the University of Greifswald in the scientific/economic joint project (PIKOMA) as well as researched on the topic of idea management and was awarded his doctorate in 2021. Since March 2021, he has been supporting the HIOH in all administrative matters.
