Dominic Ochonski is a PhD Student in the department “Epidemiology and ecology of antimicrobial resistance”, where he researches Klebsiella pneumoniae. Within this framework, he investigates pathotypes and dominant clonal lineages of the pathogen from a One Health perspective. He is supervised by Prof Dr Katharina Schaufler, PhD and Dr Elias Eger.

Dominic Ochonski completed his degree in medicine in 2022 and currently works as a doctor in specialist training.
