Even when I was at school, I knew that I was very interested in biology. Studying human biology at the University of Greifswald has allowed me to deepen this interest. I am particularly fascinated by the fields of infection biology and microbiology. That is why I would like to continue working and researching in these areas in the future.
The first step in this direction is my bachelor's thesis, in which I am studying viral DNA from historical samples.
